Jasco Electronics Holdings Limited announced that Mrs. Pumla Fundiswa Radebe has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jasco, Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 1 January 2017.

Mrs. Radebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and is a Certified Chartered Director and member of the Institute of Directors. She is a Non-Executive director on the Board of the Institute of Directors and the Chairman of a listed company in the construction sector. With her vast experience in Institutional and Social Development and Planning, the Jasco Board looks forward to her leadership and contribution to the group.
